How to have calm aim
When I see an enemy I instantly flinch my mouse and I like panicked

Maybe try queueing (this looks so wrong sorry if not spelled correctly) some deathmatches and actively try to only kill enemies after 1 - 2 secs after you see them
only shot when ur crosshair is on their heads
aimlabs will help better
since it let u focus on ur aim
but u have to remind urself not to shoot randomly
