Performance dropped recently

I haven't changed anything recently about my computer, but the game now has extremely random performance, and uses up 100% of the GPU

even in the loading screen it's taking up 100%. this is not normal
same with me, i am getting frame drops after last update dont know why
this is the frame rate getting (no, it's not limited.)
For an i9-9900KF w/ an RX 6700XT, this isn't normal.
check graphics settings
did u update ur gpu driver recently?
it may auto update if u didnt disable tho
