VCT GC buddy
I claimed the VCT game changers title and buddy but can’t find it in my collection still but the enemy team had it on one of their guns. Is this a universal problem?

it happened to a lot of people, what you want to do is send a ticket to riot support with a screenshot that you claimed the buddy and your username in game
