lower tends to be more consistent, while higher can be more agile and react quicker

aim is not everything if you have bad mechanic with godly aim you will still be bad

mechanic dont mean game sens
mechanic mean movement peeking and not really positionning but i like to include it in if you only have aim with no of that you dont have any basic so you will stay bad and the more you will go is silver

The lower the better in my opinion
I just switched from 0.85 to 0.65 yesterday
and my aim is much more precise
try bringing it down slowly and find a sweet spot from there
