is there anyway to fix long load times into games

just got banned for 2 weeks because the load times for the game lasted 6 rounds and my computer is completely fine before and after booting into the game, should i wait some time before queueing next time or? Like this has been a thing for like 4+ months

@yebbs make sure your game is downloaded on a ssd. im guessing you have your val on an hdd. are there any extra drives in your pc?
