Yes, you can have multiple insurances. There are some considerations:
1. If one of your job is an HDHP with HSA, the only way to maintain that HSA is to have another HDHP.
2. You can have an HDHP/PPO if you waive your HSA
3. Your insurances will know each other is active as they have an internal system, this will not expose you
4. Some companies require an unredacted proof of existing coverage if you want to deny, make sure you know your company's policy for denying.

Some potentially duplicate info:
1) Both insurances will know each other is active (but it's not a problem, they dont share to employers)
2) If any one of them has an HSA< if you want to still contribute to it, all your insurances must be HSA compatible (like HDHP)
3) I highly encourage to just use one and only one insurance if you want to not bother with them probing more into you. But if you do want to take advantage of both insurances -- make sure you call both policies and designate one as primary and the other as secondary.
4) Yes you can do multiple cleanings per year
5) Yes you can take advantage of contacts + glasses from both vision plan

Man healthcare is annoying enough with one insurance. And definitely anyone doing OE should be taking advantage of HSA if it's available to them as an investment account.
Didn't know about the multiple dental/vision plans thing. Might take advantage of that
