My Character Wont Stop Moving

(Specs Attached) I started valorant 2 weeks ago, but every so often (1-2 times a round) while playing, my character will just ignore my mouse & keyboard inputs for around 5-10 seconds and it keeps getting me killed. I thought it was my very old keyboard at 1st, so I bought a brand new mechanical one (usb wired) but the issue keeps happening. I have tried lowering graphical settings all the way down to 1440p and low settings but that doesnt fix it 😦 I do have vsync enabled and play on a 4k 60hz monitor, and I have all my fps caps set to 60. For internet, I have gigabit connection via my ethernet cable.
