Can’t spin or catch

I logged into pokemon go with IPogo and I couldn’t catch anything even tho I was in the area I’m always in, I then tried to teleport somewhere and waited for the cooldown to see if that would work and it still won’t? Any solutions?

Never spoof on iOS unless youre jailbroken
