you’re in@an outdated version of windows.
You can search "check for updates" in the start menu.
Ideally you need to be on the latest version of windows 10 (it's for security issues) which is why vanguard doesn't like old versions

You need vanguard for Valorant? Why would you advise them to uninstall it? it's their anti-cheat
Yes, It may take a while to do the updates, but it will need restarting and you will need to go back to that page and check again..
