How do I land C2C Contracts WITHOUT cold calling?
I don't like the idea of cold calling and/or I don't have the mental bandwidth to make hundreds of calls per week. What are my other options?

PWC Talent Exchange
Go on https://talentexchange.pwc.com/ and sign up using your LLC. They take a 5.5% cut and they have some of the more decent rates for C2C.
A.TEAM
https://www.a.team/ also has 1099/c2c opportunities, and mostly remote for many of their roles. You need to first get on their platform, and then you will be able to browse through. Note that they are somewhat selective. ...

Braintrust
https://boards.greenhouse.io/braintrust another nice agency with high rates. Apply on here (it's really a proxy site), and you'll be selected to go through a series of processes (sometimes video interview) to be on their platform, where you'll actually apply for jobs.
DICE
There's a filter specifically for "third party" and I've found these to be the best at engaging for c2c roles. https://www.dice.com/jobs?q=devops&countryCode=US&radius=30&radiusUnit=mi&page=1&pageSize=20&filters.postedDate=ONE&filters.employmentType=THIRD_PARTY&filters.isRemote=true&language=en
LINKEDIN
Search for this specific phrase:
c2c NOT "No C2C"
and filter for remote. You'll get some c2c roles via linkedin as well. I'd also recommend checking out posts by latest for c2c and your tech, and reach out to recruiters that way.
Check out to various consultancies on their job boards
Kforce, TekSystems, Insight Global, and TheSelectGroup, among a few, carry c2c roles that are sometimes on their careers page.extended-salmon•11mo ago
Is there a guide somewhere on how to use LinkedIn search properly?
That. “NOT” part is interesting didn’t even know you could do that.

There's a blog that this is answered https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a524335/use-boolean-search-on-linkedin?lang=en-us&intendedLocale=en
https://www.reddit.com/r/cscareerquestions/comments/p7elgm/tip_you_can_use_booleans_in_your_linkedin_job/ has some more directly related to the job search

I registered and answered questionnaire for talentexchange. But, based on the questions I answered, it's only showing as payroll services role ( W2 for MBO). What I need to answer to get 1099?

Just land an offer, and when the engagement manager asks you via email what you want, you can say 1099

Got it, Thanks.
This is an awesome list of resources, thanks 🙏
Okay this is epic!! I've done C2C consulting before but didn't know all these approaches!
I tried to get into A Team but after spending 45 minutes filling out my profile details it ended with "there are too many people with your skills, try again in a year"
anybody got tips on getting around this ?
