ERROR CODE: VAN 0 / VAN: RESTRICTION. PLS HELP!

Hi! the "VAN: RESTRICTION" is still there and i already done all the suggestion you asked. i uninstalled and installed the game twice. but nothing happens. I also tried using other accounts but there seems to be no problem, i can play like the usual. but when i use my account. it says "VAN: RESTRICTION" ERROR CODE: VAN 0 and some notification pop up. it says VAN: Restriction. is my account restricted?
