I gotta fix tha "mappings.Add()", It allways calls null, pls help (UPnP)

well, as said every time I Initiate the programm the "mappings" is called 0, I checked every variable used and none of them are null nor wrongly formated, if anyone knows a solution to this I would love to get a hand at that.
