RPC package to communicate with Active Directory for MS-FSRVP

Hey guys its so specific but im trying to find and RPC package to communicate with Active Directory via MS-FSRVP. Then i could find this package on microsoft github repo. https://github.com/microsoft/WindowsProtocolTestSuites/blob/7a6b3b3a95d732b3599c97035cc9e67219f25037/ProtoSDK/MS-FSRVP/Client/FsrvpClient.cs But when i try to add it to package and use it, it gives error says this package is not found. Then i try to install via nuget console it says that I couldt find out what to do? Can you help guys a little
