Setting up server (Webdock.io)
Hello,
I purchased a server from WebDock.IO to host a website I built. I followed this documentation (https://webdock.io/en/docs/webdock-control-panel/shell-users-and-sudo/using-putty-connect-your-webdock-server).
Generated Public / Private key with Putty Gen. Added public key to a user. Then logged in with Putty. But once I type in the username, it prompts (see pic)
I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas? Thank you

Can you make sure that when you copy and pasted the key into the control panel you didn’t include any extra characters.
