Soft button up shirts?

I got this shirt a while back. I really love how soft it is. It doesn't feel like an office shirt. I had hoped TS's other twill shirts would be similar but they immediately irritated my skin. So I'm returning them and trying again.
I'm looking for soft, lightweight solid color button ups in either navy, burgundy, or black/stone-washed. Budget is <$250. I'd like to get two shirts with this budget but I don't mind one shirt if it's really great.

Look for "brushed twill" shirts, or if the twill aspect isn't important to you then look into include flannel and chamois shirts.

Denim, chambray, flannel, and some oxford cloths can be very soft.
My favorite of the bunch is flannel
Spier and Mackay have knit OCBDs and a white and navy shirt that are spread collars. I think Kamakura also have jersey knit button downs.
