so on safari, people get the error "safari cant open this page because the server can't be found" but on chrome, firefox, etc it works, and for safari more than 10 people have reported the issue and the domain is multiple-uses.site

404.multiple-uses.site doesn’t have any DNS records for hosting a website so that error is expected.
That just means there’s a bad redirect coming from somewhere - what are the response headers on the redirect?

The website has a redirect in place that redirects specific User-Agents to the 404 subdomain
We can't tell you what that is, you need to check the Cloudflare redirect/page rules for that website.
It might also just be https://developers.cloudflare.com/speed/optimization/other/mobile-redirect/.
