After downloading Valorant, how can I enter it directly without turning off the computer?

The game uses an anticheat that needs to load when the Windows kernel first starts.
If this anticheat hasn't loaded when Windows first starts up, it won't trust the boot chain and won't allow Valorant to launch. This is by design. If you somehow fool the game into launching in this state, you'll probably eventually get banned for trying to circumvent the anticheat. You need to fully restart after installing the game, and also if you ever turn off the anticheat. This is just how it works.
