Contracts with overseas client
Anyone here has experience in working with overseas client? Do you draft your own contracts from templates or ask a lawyer? What is it like the things to know because of two countries laws?

Typically draft my own contracts as you can't do much if the other party tries to break it, Most of the work is done on mutual understanding and respect, or you can convince them to post the job on Upwork like platform, that way you have an escrow account in between, less chances of breaking the agreement.
Can I ask for the sources to get those templates if you don't mind sharing?
Simply put your requirements into chatGPT, and ask to write a software service contract. Simple.
