OTC wool socks
Second weird question today from me. I bought these over-the-calf socks from Skolyx, to avoid showing any leg when sitting. I asked them before ordering if the socks are very thin dress socks or are okay to wear with jeans, they said they’re not that thin and they wear them regularly with jeans/chinos.
They’ve arrived and I’m wondering if they aren’t too dressy, clashing with denim in texture.
Would you wear socks like this with casual clothes?
In one of the pictures I have an old wool sock of mine on my right foot, and the new one on the left, for comparison. (Old one is from Colorful Standard, I like the thickness, but they’re too short).
Also, any recommendations for thick knee-high wool socks? I don’t think these will be very warm.

Thanks. I don’t think they’re available in Europe, though, unfortunately
Wdym unless I take off my boots? So I’m not really fine?
My wording is bad. I mean if u worry about how people think then shoes or boots off is obvious, but they are black so
It look fine
It's fine, don't worry about it
they're fine
if you're gonna be wearing them in like 0° C or less, double up
If you are worried about it, you could look into wool skiing socks. Those are thick and basically OTC. https://www.fitssock.com/collections/mens-skiing
