Best way to clean vintage clothes?
Hi folks, so I had received my dad's 38 year old jacket recently and I personally do like it (it's reversible brown and white) and feels like corduroy material.
I have a concern though - the white side of this has a bit of yellowing in places.
How can I clean this effectively and make it look good as new if possible? Cost is not a concern for me but I want to take absolute care to ensure it does not get damaged. Please advise.

your best bet is to read the care tag on the clothing item if it’s still there. If not, most materials are OK on a delicate, cold wash cycle. You can’t ruin anything by air drying it. If you don’t know the material or want to be overly cautious, you could hand wash in a sink or bathtub with cool water and a tiny bit of detergent, or pay for dry cleaning.
