522 error. I probably got banned

Hello,
I have been using cloudflare for years. I read the documentation and many forum posts for this problem.
I deleted a pages project and used the custom domains record there in the pages project I mentioned here. I did not create the DNS record manually, I created it from the custom domains page. Here the statuses are currently seen as Inactive (Error).
I tried creating it over and over again. I tried it on proxied and non-proxied records. I tried with flexible and strict ssl.
From what I've read, I've been banned.
proxied url: https://site.ufkayolculuk.com
non proxied url: https://site2.ufkayolculuk.com

Any suggestions? How can I detect the error here?
hmm yea, looks like you did get banned:
The hostname is part of a banned domain. This web property cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time. If you are an Enterprise customer, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Otherwise, please email [email protected] with the name of the web property and a detailed explanation of your association with this web property.I would check for any unpaid overdue invoices, if you have any it's an easy fix. Otherwise going to have to email that abusereply address
I checked it when you told me. Partial payment was made on an invoice from August. It was blocked because of the remaining $4. After paying, I removed the domain name and added it again and it worked.
