Just at the first glimpse of it, I think the design needs more color contrast to be accessible. Also, there are too many fonts being used. I haven't looked at the code itself
Gotta agree. Too many fonts, you should have 2 max. Too many colours. White. Black. Purple to black gradient. Light blue. Brown. Dark blue. Pink. Pick a base, which is the light blue here, and an accent, maybe Pink. Keep the dark blue text as it's a shade of the light blue and use hot pink as an accent where you need it.
the contrast on the dropdowns is also terrible. the selected option with the dropdown closed is low contrast, and the non-selected options with it open are just literally invisible.
Also, it's "Gender", not "Genger"
Your placeholders are also inconsistent. The first three you include "Enter your", but the name ones don't use the same text as the label. Age just has "Age", but then the "what motivates" field has an actual example text
