how has anyone got running on an NVMe?
I'm seeing that this is available for a SD and Ally but I'm.not.sure how that's possible when it won't install onto an NVMe drive? I've tried with multiple mini PC's now and even my main gaming computer and it consistently.will only find the 2.5in drives, I can never get the NVMe drives to show up during the wizard setup.

It will install on an nvme.
Are you trying to install using an external ssd enclosure? Those sometimes can have controllers that have issues with pcie4 nvmes
Nope internal m.2 header for all of them.
then is nvme disabled on that header by the motherboard?
just because its m.2 doesnt mean it supports nvme. for some boards they are sata/nvme or just sata and if you use specific pcie slots or sata ports, the m.2 gets downgraded or disabled outright
does it show up in other systems when in the same slot without any other changes to the hardware?
It allows me to install on every other distro to the NVMe, it's specifically anything I plug into an m.2 header. Shows up fine for every other distro
ok that is more odd as it shouldnt be an issue then to my knowledge 🤔
unsure what would cause that then
For reference it has been with a SER5 Max, dell optiplex 7040, hp 705 G4, minisforum HM80 and my gaming PC.
Well FWIW, I've got it running fine on the NVMe in my Thinkpad Z13, just installed it normally. I'm using the
bazzite-deck
variant btw. Maybe try a different variant @Sirchacha ?I got the like universal one and picked deck-gnome specifically.
So it doesn't list your drive at all when you go into the drive icon?
