i did looking at yt video for a fix
have u tried ending the task? , it might have sonmething to do with ur pc

ive tried restarting everyting that is known for most people
then i have no idea, i dont rly know much ab pcs, hopefully u figure it out :))

for me the loading screen didnt even load it was a connection issue it might be the same for you so what u need to do is:
1) First please disable IPv6
2) Switching to a public DNS may resolve the issue you are experiencing
3) To resolve any conflicts from your network and to clear any corrupted data remaining reset your network settings and release/renew your IP. Follow these steps:
1) Open Start Menu
2) Type cmd and run it with administrator permissions
3) type the following commands:
netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
ipconfig /release and press Enter.
ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
4) update your network adapter to the latest version
