Does this suit from middle school fit well enough to wear?

I haven't had a reason to wear a suit, but more recently, I do
This suit is from middle school and I'm not sure if it's too small? it's easy for me to get into it, but my shoulders are probably broader since middle school. you might also be able to see signs that it's too small
Half Windsor
Full Windsor 2
Best photo you could provide for us to be able to tell is to use the self timer on your phone to take a full length shot with your arms at your sides from the front, back and both sides. Crop your heard out 😄
it's a virtual interview
so this will be all that's seen
i'll buy a new suit before an irl interview
for a virtual interview this is fine
My questions are:
1. Which tie knot should I wear?
2. Is the suit to small, in the second and third photos of each set of photos, you can see something with the suit's arm shoulders?
3. Is it okay to wear a blue tie with a blue suit? I can find another tie.
also, i intend to wear a white dress shirt during the interview and but its in the basement drier and i don't want to risk moving it then staining it
1) four in hand or half Windsor
2) suit is fine for virtual but maybe too small for ideal real life IMO.
3) tie is fine
4) this white shirt or a dress shirt will be fine.
thanks @cdfchopper
any other thoughts would be appreciated, but thanks again cdf
It's too small
The sleeves seem pretty tight
Might work for a virtual interview
Irl interviews,no
Not that you're wrong but why are you giving advice if two days ago you admitted you "know nothing about suits and formal fashion"
You I mean
are the shoulders okay?
Do not ask this guy
Based on the photos you provided, no one is going to be able to tell you if the shoulders fit okay. People have already said it's fine for a virtual interview. If you want better feedback, you have to provide better photos.
i don't really think more photos are necessary since this is what the interviewer will be seeing
.
Obviously i know that the sleeves are not supposed to be THAT tight. I think it's common knowledge. Just like you aren't supposed to wear sports shoes with suits is common knowledge i guess
For a virtual interview it should be passable. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Be confident and comfortable and maybe stick to neutral poses (ie, not arms up akimbo where the tightness of the suit will become too noticeable)
I prefer four in hand knots, half windsor is fine too. Extra points if your four in hand has a good dimple.
Anyways for a video interview you look fine. The key for interview dress (for a job where it's appropriate to dress nicely to the interview) is always "adequately respectable" not "sartorially perfect"
