✅ Fresh Install of Windows, I'm Getting Weird Errors (NETSDK1/NU1012, and DEP0700)

Anyone know what might be happening here in my Maui Blazor Hybrid projects? For the older project I haven't changed anything in the project (it was in saved in my second hdd with everything else) and only had a fresh windows install done to my computer yesterday after a laptop repair. For the new project I figured I could just copy over my code in a new .NET8 project (not too hard) but it's broken right away without doing anything to it.
