Length of Hoodies and Jackets for 5'9?
What is a good length for hoodies and jackets for someone who is 5'9? I know every person is different but figured length should be relatively comparable. A standard fit is what I am shooting for. I guess if same logic could be applied to tees that would be fine too although I usually prefer those a bit more tight.

Do you own any hoodies rn
It’s not as simple as us just telling you a number bc everybody’s body is different
And there’s different styles of jackets that are gonna be different lengths
Buuuut if you’ve got a hoodie already that you like the fit of I would measure it and look for that in others
I prefer longer than the belt loop and stop above halfway zipper
Really just depends ont the length of your torso. Just so what art said and fine a hoodie you already have and compare it to other hoodies
Yeah I measured a bunch and they kinda vary but seems 27-28” is a nice fit
yeah halfway is what I am for too
But 1” discrepancy seems to make a big difference right
Like 29-30” probably is too long
that is depend on your torso though. I just return anything what goes past 1/2 my zipper and keep whatever within range.
There are jackets that are designed to go to your waist, jackets to go over your seat, jackets to go to mid thigh, knee, or mid calf ...
For a hoodie I'd expect somewhere around 27-28". 1" will not make a huge difference unless there is something specific you are trying to hit, since 27-28" is likely (I am estimating, not measuring) to be somewhere halfway down your seat.
I think mid fly is the standard
