Percival

Looking at the Waterproof Auxiliary Sherlock as it seems to be on sale. They have a size meter on the page but does anyone have any experience on if they run TTS? Also what color would you recommend?

Any folks know if Percival clothing lasts? It's a bit more than I usually spend but not a style I see much of

Whether clothing lasts has more to do with how you treat it (especially washing and drying) than anything else.

Thanks. For those that know how the durability compares if you hold treatment constant, can you weigh in? I hang dry my banana rep and Uniqlo supima t shirts and the latter holds its shape better. Do folks have a comparison point for Percival knit tops in a similar price range

Was looking at the Sherlock as well - particularly to wear over a suit as a midweight jacket/rain coat. Thinking probably size up to fit over suit if it's slim, right? Oh sorry I'm looking at the greyson not the Sherlock

I'd suggest sizing up. Am new to the brand but got my first 3 items yesterday. Fwiw I wear large at Uniqlo and their xl knit shirt is snug at the shoulders and arm holes

Yeah I usually wear medium or small and ordered a large. Will see how it fits but that's promising

They're a UK brand, things definitely fit a little snugger than the equivalent American alpha sizing
