Github Integration - Couple of issues on Cloudflare dashboard

I used the create-cloudflare tool to generate a remix app and deploy it to cloudflare. I then went to my dashboard to see how to connect my GitHub repository, and discovered that there was no option to do so, and I would need to delete the pages site and re-create from the dashboard (despite being prompted by the create-cloudflare cli to deploy). I went ahead and tried this, deleting my pages site and attempting to import from the Cloudflare dashboard UI. It allowed me to add the Cloudflare app to my GitHub account, but when redirecting back to Cloudflare afterwards, it landed on a "403 | You don't have permission to view this page." page. Refreshing and navigating back to the GitHub import UI, and attempting to go through the steps again (with the cloudflare app already enabled), ends up just dropping you into your Github settings with no redirect back to Cloudflare. Uninstalling the Cloudflare app from GitHub and retrying just brings you back to the "403" screen. Is there something I'm doing wrong here? Is there some easier way to get GitHub integration set up on Cloudflare? Repo: https://github.com/cxreiff/fictive Pages site was the same name as the repo, but is now deleted.
