how to fix it ? why i cant connect to sever.
Failed to get info from server (tried 3 times).
If you are the server owner, are you sure you are allowing UDP packets to and from the server?

if that works then do you mind opening a miscellaneous ticket and sending your IP address in there so we can forward it to the team that handles the networking for our servers?
we'll be able to get more information on the issue and finally solve it for all players without the use of a VPN
i use vpn and it dont work
