none: do not generate a password let the visitor fill in with the email and other data then send an email to the visitor, with a link in that link, the visitor sets a password why's that? to reduce the creation of ghost accounts if you have a comment field somewhere, or some place where the user inputs something that will be publicly visible, behind a login, your method allows me to generate loads of accounts just to spam you

This process is not for creating account, something else it's an action that user could be able to perform over and over.

The stacked version but increase the spacing between the password input + checkbox as well as between checkbox and button
