The colors are just fine try adding some neurological illustrations in the background also somewhere between replace a doctor's image with a psychological illustration Apart from the landing page try making the whole content a bit large, the headings and text especially And don't leave the whole website white, repeat the blue somewhere between again or maybe some other color that macthes

I think the colour palette feels clinical because the blues are quite muted, deep and heavy looking giving it a more serious tone. Welcoming colours tend to be light or saturated - think pastel, for example. Bumping up the brightness and saturation of the palette might give it the vibe you're after. Everything else about the website looks good though

its in swedish, written in php and quite old (and im not great at design) but here is the website I made for my Mom, who is a psychologist https://psykologiicentrum.se feel free to take inspiration, but dont "steal" 😃 I guess the main thing is to swap the background colour, so you use the white-on-blue of the header/first section, on the second section

Swapping the bg colours will make it feel less clinical you think ?now that what you meant by “the main thing is”?

basically if you don´t want to look too much at the website(because its swedish and might be hard to navigate, for example) I tried to write a sort of "TLDR", giving my answer to the asked question, while also showing my "direct" experience with the topic im not a native english speaker so i might have formulated it a bit strangely and yeah maybe not less "clinical" but it should make the sections/paragraphs easier to read/distinguish, while still keeping to the colours provided the link was mostly to show an example of how it could look I guess, in the context of an actual psychologist-company´s website

Joining in a bit late, but here are some additional thoughts. Overall, it looks nice. I also get a bit of a clinical vibe though. Currently, your range of colours are grouped up. The hero section and navigation blend together, and there isn't a 'break' between the three topic areas. What about shifting the colours around and using them to help the user understand what goes together? Related, I wondered if the squiggle right above the footer, or perhaps the leaf, could be used to help create breaks somehow? Something like taking the leaf in About, moving it between the sections and centering it? The two column appearance throughout might also be giving that clinical vibe. Is it possible to use a three column structure but use two columns for the text, one for the image? In terms of usability, the calls to action are at the top and bottom only. Would it be possible to move the 'how to get started' call to action section above the 'licensed and trusted by' section? A few other observations. The testimonial section doesn't have the nifty bar and what it is like the other two sections. Also, I didn't realise the testimonial carousel was a carousel at first, maybe because the arrow is only on the left? Jumping back up to the About section. That image is the only non-dotted line image, though the quote and clipart along with the picture creates a busy feeling already. Lots is going on in here. Is it important to have both the clipart and the photo? Lastly, the star in Step 3 could be swapped for the leaf or paper airplane in a fun way to reuse existing imagery.
