Soundboard Missing?
Seems there is nothing related to soundboard on the docs. I Figured they'd be accessible similarly to how Emojis are under a guild. What is the reason these are not available?

This support is for discord.js and discord.js only, if you have questions regarding discord and how users interact with anything like soundboards, you are at the wrong place.

There're Discord User API and Discord Bot API. These're two different APIs. What is available in one, may not be available in another, and vice versa.
