For what is this domain?
I have no idea. I had a reason at one point lol.
Newer sites that I setup have "Sorry, you have been blocked" but older sites have the "Access denied, error code 1020"
they both use the same rule

how would I move my rules from the old system to the new system

cant really do 
site gets attacked at every hour of the day so it would be beyond stupid of me to do that. ill contact support and see if they can help me migrate without deleting my rules

all of them ARE firewall rules and not under the new system
so I would have to

if they are all firewall rules then yeahYou just have to get your firewall rules count (including disabled ones) below/equal to your plan's max (not over), and all of them will be migrated to Custom Rules (when it runs)
Well I guess there's your solution too
