Are queue producers and consumers supposed to work in local development with wrangler?
I can't find any explicit information about this in the docs: https://developers.cloudflare.com/queues/

So, if I am using
.sendBatch and then having nothing come through on the worker exported queue handler, and the worker is setup as a queue producer AND consumer, that would be not normal?
I see, had a TOML config issue, it is working, thank you
