which one isn't working?
huh, it isn't working for me, that's weird
must be something with caching, my bad
hmm maybe, what's the exact url you're on? Keep in mind even with wildcard subdomain routes, you need a dns record for a subdomain to resolve, ex:
https://cookies.untone.uk/hi
won't worki'm trying to visit the same as you are and it's going through to the normal dns - the issue right now is that my servers just went offline and i know it'll be a few hours until they get back, not anything critical but important enough that i want a temp page over top and i've used workers for that in the past
ah interesting, if you're using Firefox give it shift refresh to bypass cache and create a new connection
yeah i've tried that a few times now though it's still not going to the workers weirdly
Well it looks ok globally, could try another browser or such, seems local cache somewhere
even wget's doing the same thing, but i'll just assume it's some weird clientside cache, shouldn't be too much of an issue
could be something to do with the local cloudflare location you're hitting, Cloudflare did say
Starting 11/06/2023 17:00 UTC, Cloudflare is initiating a restoration of Control Plane API and Product Services to primary HA datacenters in Portland. The restoration operation should last for about ~2 hours. During this window, Cloudflare API and Dashboard availability may degrade.an hour ago, still in that period
hm, i'm located in wales so i don't think i'd be touching that
Control plane services are global, they're moving back from backup to main, they'd effect you regardless of location
ah, right
well everyone i'm asking says it's working atleast so i'll just live with it
ah, i just noticed why... it's because the worker i have setup doesn't do anything if it's coming from my ip 😅
i set this up atleast a year ago now, didn't even think of that... my bad 😅 thanks for the help, turns out i'm just dumb!
lol, well at least it's something simple. They just updated that status post to say they haven't even started the migration yet
