Notification Spam for tunnels going down

I believe my tunnel for my maven server keeps getting momentarily disconnected (because it's just a really low power free server) and since I have notifications enabled for when the tunnel goes down I get spammed with notifications. Is there a way for me to configure my notifications so that a momentary disconnect like this won't notify me? In case it's helpful, I only started getting this notification spam starting on the 30th. I've had my notifications set up for a >1/2 a year and haven't had issues like this previously. Also every time I've checked my server after getting this notification, the server has still been up and accessible though the tunnel.
