April shopping, season sales?

Going to New York City in April. Is that going to be a good time of year to scoop up some stuff or will it be all into spring by then?

I was there in April, didn't see any huge deals.

The main sales seasons are January into Feb, and end of May into June/July. You may find some "Easter" deals and midseason sales but the best deals are usually had earlier/later.
