Well according to what the error says it's not an issue with the Android SDK itself per say, but rather the Xamarin SDK
Does VS let you create a project?
rider offer me to download the android sdk. i dont have a vs at my pc
Download Visual Studio
You have .NET 8 RC2

This should install everything
VisualStudio should be displayed next to the SDK thereafter
