I have a domain from godaddy and i want to make my own website with the domain i already have the code so how do i make the website?

Once you have the file uploaded to cloudflare pages, you need to attach a custom domain to the pages project.
Workers & Pages -> Click on the name you gave the project -> Click on "Custom Domains". Follow Those instructions.
