Application did not respond

hello, I began coding after some time and alot changed, i took the code from following the tutorials from the discord.js guide and my bot does not want to reply, I made a simple ping pong command, a server command and a user comand, none of them work, everything seems to be alr in the powershell that I opened, can anyone help me?

I figured it out, node deploy-commands first to load the slash commands, wait 1 min and then node index.js
