boots
Like the look of the Clarks but the sole looks a bit funky and there's no real details provided on materials and construction. the other 3 are all from Bexley (French company, similar to Meermin) and blake welted. the chelsea boots have leather soles with dainite style protector fitted while the other two have rubber soles.
Happy to hear other recommendations sub 200€ for a boot that would go well with tweed jacket, chinos, cords etc.

are you open to second-hand? :) $200 is a bit of a tough price point when buying new
I mean theoretically yes but buying a kind of shoe I've never had second hand online sounds like a recipe for disaster
and second hand stores locally don't have much of a selection of these kind of boots
Bexley should be alright, no? they're even mentioned in the chelsea boot guide
Your options at that budget are basically Thursday, Beckett simonon with a good deal, BLKBRD or Bridlen.
Being stubborn on materials and quality isn’t very congruent with that budget, so you’re going to need to make concessions
Oh, and I do suppose TAFT has a cheap MIC line at Kohls and JCPenny now… purchase at your own risk
Berwick if you stretch your budget a lil
thanks for the recommendations but I'm afraid almost none of these are available to me cause I'm in the EU
buying from India would work but then you run into import tax which makes the price a lot less good
and returns would be a real problem too
