Good free low-code platform
Hello,
Im fairl y good in FE (html, css and js)
I like to learn also BE work but in ruby and PHP I fail at things to be complex.
So I think I want to look at non of lowcode to make nice custom looking website's.
Can anyone recommend nay platforms.

I recommend backend as a service
Try looking at something like googles firebase
another alternative can be a headless cms
a headless cms would only let you store article-like things, but that might be what you're after. I don't have any to recommend though, never used them myself.
Backend as a Service removes some of the Backend work and puts it in the Firebase config, but it moves the rest to the frontend (which might help, or might make the frontend harder).
An alternative to firebase that isn't Google-bound is Supabase
