Installing Themes

I am currently using Ubuntu (XFCE; Unmodded) 22.04. I want to install themes but I don't know what I exactly need to do.

It's the same step for all themes on xfce You can find a guide online

I tried to install the Orchis theme, but the theme is not being applied as it is supposed to I followed a guide as you said
