glitch
It takes so long to download the content manifest like about 10-15 mins and after that it simply tells me that failed to connect to server after 3 tries,it happens every single time no matter what I do

I think its your internet, I do not have any problems with that.
My internet speed is almost 23 mbps idk
Have you tryed clearing your temp, %temp%, and prefetch files? My friend did that way back and it worked.
He had the same issue.
