i logged onto an alt and it gave me a warning 7 day suspension on the alt but when i try again on my main it gives me that maintenance message

Encounter limit, u clicked on to many pokemon's or you had shiny scanner on and did that for to long.
What's a shiny scanner ?
that means you have 30 days ban.
