Maple Co., quality? And other jewellery questions

Hey y'all. Can't spend too much time in here cuz I always seem to get too invested. But! It is likely I have a new job coming on, and I'm interested in getting into the world of jewellery, where I'd like to start with rings. Maple Co. is the first place I thought I'd look, as they're a Canadian brand and have a few designs I'm interested in, as seen in attached pics. Would anyone vouch for them and their quality here? And what should I look for in terms of decent gold rings for the future? Thanks!
