Valorant agent concept #12 - Rei

Role: Initiator/Duelist hybrid The living incarnation of the sun, Chilean agent Rei helps spread some light on the situation. With her immense power of controlling sun and star, she has all the tools she needs to take control of any situation, making her a powerful presence to behold. BASIC ABILITIES: Ability C (2 charges, 250¤): Rising Sun - EQUIP a small star, and see its range indicator. FIRE to send the star forwards slowly to the range indicator. As it is traveling, it will be visible to enemies. Once it reaches the indicator, all enemies LoS to the star will take damage and be delivered a short blind (2s). Ability Q (1 charge, 300¤): Dying Star - EQUIP a collapsing star. FIRE to activate a short channel, after which the star is placed 5m away, through walls, and will warp enemies' screens toward it if in the radius and LoS. It can be thrown upwards to draw vision towards it as well. Ability E (1 charge, free, 40s CD): Sun's Iris - INSTANTLY start a channel for an ability that lasts 5s, and when within 5m of any enemy, will nearsight the enemy in question. However, you will be lightly slowed for 3 seconds immediately after the ability ends.. ULTIMATE (8 points): Solar Power - INSTANTLY channel solar energy into your weapon, halving its firerate but giving it high-damage explosive rounds for a limited duration (10s). Bullets explode on impact, and deal double damage on direct hit. The explosion AoE is a 1m radius, dealing significantly less damage at the edge.
