mojo and c++ interop

I was wondering if it is possible to call foreign c++ libraries from Mojo?

There is no ergonomic way to do this right now, but this is on the roadmap: https://docs.modular.com/mojo/roadmap.html#cc-interop
There are some workarounds, but they are pretty ugly and it's not clear how long they'll stay around, so I'd consider this "under construction" for now.
