resolving image codec, heic

I had to reboot the server, and I use docker.
Then today the first upload get error resolving image codec. Jpg work fine, just heic don’t. Where I should start look for error?

Can you check the immich-server logs?

What server version are you on? Can you check the mount at UPLOAD _LOCATION to make sure that it is ok?
Interesting or not, the original Photos, format heic are there, I have check.
I use the 1.82.1 updated after reboot
The heic file are there.
But what I found is, 5 days ago on library year-month-day I see files FullSizeRender, with extension jpg, but I think inside is heic.
Now on library keeps the hei format and original file name.
And o check, the photos appear and are well indexed. I teste today with writing and it found on search
I think the error don’t affect the immich.
The FullSizeRender issue has been resolved in the last release
Yeah, what is different, I don’t get the check that it’s on cloud.
The 2 two on yellow are jpg (screen shot) the rest are heic and mov files.
I confirm with Edge browser the photos are there and also the video. Just missing the check that is on cloud.
Is your phone app also on 1.82?
Yes, it’s 1.82.0 build 121.
So what you are describing is photos are shown as uploaded but you cannot find it on the timeline, correct?
Yeah, still there, but a black square
So it looks like when those files are uploaded, the mount point on your server might have issue
Try remove and reupload them
